JR ACADEMY – SPRING/SUMMER 2024
There are two programs available:
BEGINNER PROGRAM
For ages 10-12 years old. Athletes are new to the sport, looking to improve their knowledge and skill and/or considering trying out for their school team for the first time.
INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM
For ages 12 – 14 year olds (younger athletes permitted with prior volleyball experience). Athletes must have experience on a school team or have been through our grassroots program with a confirmed overhand serve or a consistent underhand serve (able to get it over the net).
Our program provides weekly instruction and drills designed to improve technique and specialized skills (hitting and blocking, etc.). Athletes will have opportunity for game play but our focus is for athletes to gain fundamental skills.

- Sundays, 3:30 – 5:15 PM at Bayview Hill CC (Beginner ONLY)
- Sundays, 5:15 – 7:00 PM at Bayview Hill CC (Intermediate ONLY)
- Sundays, 8:00 – 9:45 PM at Elgin West CC (Intermediate ONLY)
