Competitive Camp or High Performance Camp
Location: Vaughan Sportsplex II, 8301 Keele St, Concord, ON L4K 1Z6 Fee for 5-day week camp:$480.00 regular$450.00 early bird rate if registered and paid by May 1, 2024 Fee for 4-day week camp:$385.00 regular$355.00 early bird rate if registered and paid by May 1, 2024
All camps are co-ed.
Each athlete will receive a camp t-shirt.
Athletes will be assigned to appropriate courts based on their skill leval to promote fair and enthusiastic game play.
TWO STREAMS OF CAMP AVAILABLE:
COMPETITIVE (DEV) SUMMER CAMP
Our Competitive Summer Camp is a development camp aimed for athletes aged 11 to 17 who have no prior club/rep experience who want to train to compete. Our camp provides a fun and engaging approach to teaching and improving on technical and tactical volleyball abilities.
With the help of our enthusiastic coaching staff, athletes will learn volleyball skills such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking, with a technical emphasis in the morning half of the day, and fun and active game play in the afternoon.
SESSION 2: July 22-26, 2024
SESSION 3: August 6-9, 2024* (4-day week camp)
HIGH PERFORMANCE/REP SUMMER CAMP
This camp is a High Performance Camp for Rep Athletes designed for athletes 16U and under with club/rep experience. Our dedicated coaching staff will focus on advancing athlete's skills through technical and tactical training in the morning and enjoyable and competitive gameplay in the afternoon. Athletes will experience a high performance training environment and work to improve their serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking.
SESSION 2: July 15-19, 2024
SESSION 3: July 29-August 2, 2024
ATHLETE EVALUATION
Athletes will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
A detailed athlete registration packet containing check-in location, a list of things to bring, will be emailed to all athletes prior to their camp session.
